The location is ideal for everyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet while still having quick access to the cities of Merano and Bolzano or the Merano 2000 ski area.

Apartment & Rates

Enjoy your vacation in this apartment at a price of €170.00 per day for 2 people. For each additional person, we charge €65.00 per person and day.All listed prices are subject to the statutory local tourist tax of €2.10 per person and day.

Local Tourist Tax

The local tourist tax (per person aged 14 and over per night) will be calculated at the end of your stay. You will find this listed separately on your invoice. The revenue generated from the tourist tax benefits the local tourism organizations and IDM, and must be collected by all accommodation providers.

By properly separating your waste, you help conserve valuable resources and protect the environment. Detailed instructions and tips regarding this will gladly be provided upon your arrival.

Booking Confirmation

The reservation is considered binding upon receipt of the agreed deposit.

Payment

The invoice will be issued at the end of your stay. You can pay in cash on-site or via bank transfer prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We look forward to your stay in our apartments. Should something unexpected come up, the following cancellation policies apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge.
29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
14 to 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged.
7 days or less before arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

Pets

To ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay for all our guests, and out of consideration for allergy sufferers or other sensitivities, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
